Season 2010

1 1.1 The conferring of Membership of AAMI Stadium upon a person does not confer upon that person any form of Membership of the South Australian National Football League Inc (“the League”).
  1.2 1.2 A Member of AAMI Stadium is therefore not entitled to receive the Annual Report nor to attend any meetings of the League. The only right conferred on a Member of AAMI Stadium is the right to admission to the area set aside at AAMI Stadium for the use of Members (“the Members Area”) at the Australian Football matches (“football matches”) played at AAMI Stadium as detailed in Condition 13 below and to the Public Area of other grounds as detailed in Condition 14 below.
2   2 By accepting a Membership of AAMI Stadium, a Member agrees to be bound by these Membership Conditions as varied by the League from time to time, any Regulations which the League may make from time to time and any other Regulation made under Act of Parliament or by any competent authority relating to AAMI Stadium and its use.
3   The conferring of a Membership upon a person does not confer the right to admission to AAMI Stadium for events other than the football matches detailed in Conditions 13 below.
4   The Membership year for Members of AAMI Stadium is the period commencing on the 1st day of December in a year and expiring on the 30th day of November in the next year.
5   Except as set out in Condition 17 a Membership of AAMI Stadium cannot be transferred by a Member to any other person or corporation nor shall a Member sell the use of a Membership to any other person or corporation. A Member may, however, permit another person to use his/her/its Member’s admission ticket to gain admission to the Members Area. Any person who uses a Members admission ticket to gain admission to the Members Area will be subject to and bound by these Membership Conditions as if that person was a Member.
6   A Member shall not use or offer a Member’s admission ticket as a prize in any raffle.
7   The League may give the opportunity to Members to on-sell their Membership tickets through the League’s appointed ticketing agent for designated games.
8   Members may give their admission ticket to another person if they are unable to attend a match at no cost to the Member, however an upgrade fee will be payable at the Stadium on event day if:
    A Junior Member admission ticket is provided to a Concession card holder or Adult.
    A Concession admission ticket is provided to an Adult.
9   All Membership tickets remain the property of the League and must be produced and/or delivered up to an employee or agent of the League upon request.
10   Any articles placed at the entrance to the admission gates by a Member must not be left unattended by that Member. The League accepts no responsibility for personal articles and reserves the right to remove any such article.
11   A Member must not use or erect an umbrella in the Stadium.
12   The League reserves the right to close the stadium gates regardless as to whether or not all Members entitled to admission to the Members Area on a day, have gained admission to the Members Area, if in the opinion of an official of the League, the admission of further persons to the Members Area would or might endanger the safety of those persons who have already been admitted to the Members Area.

Categories of Membership and Members Entitlements


13   There are three categories of AAMI Stadium Adult Membership, namely :-
  13.1 13.1 AAMI Stadium Premier Members - Premier Members are entitled to free admission to the Members Area at AAMI Stadium at:
* All football matches (including Finals) played in competitions conducted by the SANFL; and
* All minor round home games of the Adelaide Football Club (“the Crows”) and Port Adelaide Football Club (“the Power”) in the premiership competition conducted by the Australian Football League (“the AFL”) played at AAMI Stadium; and
* Subject to AFL programming, one pre-season competition match for either the Crows or the Power. This does not Include the pre-season competition finals or any neutral game played at AAMI Stadium; and
* Pre-season AFL practice matches in which the Crows or the Power participate
* One (1) State of Origin match (if programmed) played at AAMI Stadium.

Note:
Premier Members are NOT entitled to free admission to any football matches other than those referred to in this Condition 13.1 and in Condition 14.
If a football match other than a football match referred to in this Condition 13.1 is played at AAMI Stadium, Premier Members will be admitted to the Members Area upon payment of the admission fee applicable to that football match.
  13.2 AAMI 3 Game Member – 3 Game Members are entitled to free admission to the Members area at AAMI Stadium at:-
* A total of 3 selected minor round home games providing admission to either or combination of Adelaide Football Club (‘the Crows”) and Port Adelaide Football Club (‘the Power’) in the premiership competition conducted by the Australian Football League (‘the AFL”) played at AAMI Stadium or as determined by the SANFL (subject to availability)
  13.3 Category 4 Members - Category 4 Members are entitled to free admission to the Members Area at AAMI Stadium at:
All football matches played in competitions conducted by the SANFL except where such football match is played as a curtain raiser to a Crows or Power minor round home game.
* All minor round home games of the Power in the premiership competition conducted by the AFL; and
* Pre season AFL practice matches in which the Power participate.
Note:
Category 4 Members are NOT entitled to free admission to any football matches other than those referred to in this Condition 13.3 and in Condition 14.
  13.4 AAMI Stadium Concession Membership – There are two categories of AAMI Stadium Concession Membership (“Concession Membership”) namely:-
  13.4.1 AAMI Stadium Premier Concession Membership
AAMI Stadium 3 Game Concession Membership
Persons holding the following Concession Cards are eligible for Concession Memberships
Concession Cards – Aged/Single Parent/ Disability
Student Card – Full time tertiary students who hold a valid Student Card
Veteran Affairs Concession Card
  13.4.2 Before conferring a Concession Membership on a person the League will require production of the relevant concession card referred to in condition 13.4.1 which provides eligibility for Concession Membership to the holder under these conditions.
  13.4.3 The Joining Fee and Membership Fee payable by a Concession Member will be such an amount as to be determined from time to time.
  13.4.4 Members of each particular category of Concession Membership will have the same rights including without limitation the right to attend the same matches at AAMI Stadium and will have the same obligations as if he/she was a member of the corresponding Category of membership referred to in Conditions 13.1 to 13.3 inclusive (as the case maybe)
  13.4.5 All persons purchasing a Concession Membership must have it and their valid Concession Identification with them at all times when attending games at AAMI Stadium and must produce it for inspection upon request
13.5   AAMI Stadium Junior Membership – There are two categories of AAMI Stadium Junior Membership (“Junior Membership”) namely:
  13.5.1 AAMI Stadium Premier Junior Membership AAMI Stadium 3 Game Junior Membership
  13.5.2 Persons under the age of 15 years on January 1 in each year are eligible for Junior membership of the category of which they are or would like to become a member in that year.
  13.5.6 Before conferring a Junior Membership on a person the League may require a copy of the applicant’s Birth Certificate and/or such other proof of age it may require
  13.5.7 For the purposes of Conditions 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 13.4.4 and 13.5.5 a home game of the Crows or Power, as the case may be, is a home game as designated in the AFL Premiership Season Fixtures List published by the AFL or as may otherwise be so designated by the AFL
14   In addition to the entitlement of admission to AAMI Stadium given to members under 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 13.4.4 and 13.5.5 Premier Members will, on not more then six (6) occasion during a football season be entitled to free admission to the Public Area at a ground at which an SANFL League Minor round match is being played.

Membership

15          Joining Fee – The League may require a joining fee to be paid with each application for a new Membership which is non-refundable once the Membership application has been approved and granted. In the event of the Membership application not being approved, the joining fee less an administrative fee will be refunded.
16   Membership Fees – Upon Full payment of Membership fees, no refund of any part of it will be made in any circumstances.
All Membership fees include goods and services Tax (GST)
17   The League may on the application of a Member, permit that Member to change Membership Category to another Membership Category from Premier to an Essential Membership. The permission to a change of Membership Category by a Member will be on such terms and conditions as the League determines and in any event will only be given if the League, in its absolute discretion, determines that there is a vacancy in the category of Membership to which the Member desires to change.
18   The League may in its absolute discretion permit the transfer of a Membership into the name of an immediate family member subject to the payment of the fee (if any) which the League may prescribe from time to time in respect of such transfer.
19   The League is not obliged to offer a renewal of Membership to any Member.
20   A Member who has been offered a renewal of Membership must pay the renewal payment subscription in full by the due date immediately following any offer of renewal of Membership to that Member. A Member may also elect to renew their Membership subscription in installments as determined by the League and must ensure that the installments are paid by the designated due dates. A Member, who does not pay the renewal subscription or any installments where applicable by the due date, may at the absolute discretion of the League be precluded from utilising their Membership until such time as any outstanding payments are receipted.

For Membership(s) in your name, you must make sure the payment method you choose continues throughout the contract term including third party accounts. It is the Members responsibility to ensure that:

(a) The account details you have provided are correct, including notification should the expiry date change.
(b) You have sufficient clear funds available in the nominated account on the scheduled drawing date.

If any payment fails to transfer between institutions, further attempts will be made in the next (10) working days to clear the funds transfer. If your debit is returned by your Financial institution, any fees charged will be payable by you.

Members opting for payment plan, the SANFL will debit any payments lapsed to the Membership start date.

When your Membership is due to end, you can renew it before the date expires at the current rate. By allowing this to roll over you agree to the current Membership terms set out by the SANFL.
21   A Member may place his/her Membership on hold for the season in respect of which any renewal of Membership has been offered. To place a Membership on hold, a Member must pay the holding fee prescribed by the League for the season in question by not later than the prescribed due date immediately following the offer of renewal of Membership made to the Member. On payment of the holding fee, membership will remain on hold for the whole of that season.

If a Member places his/her Membership on hold and an offer of renewal of Membership is subsequently offered to him (in the following year), such renewal will only be offered for the same Category of Membership as the Membership which was put on hold.
22   Whilst a Membership is on hold, all Membership rights of the Member whose Membership is on hold will lapse.
23   A Member who has lived, and continues to live, interstate or overseas for a period in excess of six months, or reasonably expects to do so in the next membership year, may apply to the League to place their Membership on hold Any application must be accompanied by the Membership Holding Fee and be made in the manner prescribed by the League including without limitation the completion of any document and provision of any relevant information which is requested. The League may in its absolute discretion allow or disallow an application to place a Membership on hold. A Membership may be reactivated by paying the Membership Fee at the time of membership renewal. In any event a Membership may not remain on hold for any more than two consecutive years and the full Membership Fee must be paid for an entire season not more than two years after the League has first approved that the Membership be placed on hold otherwise the League may determine in its absolute discretion that the Membership has been forfeited.

The Membership can be reactivated by paying the applicable Membership Fee at the time of return application

Admission to the Members Area

24         The admission of Members to the Members Area at AAMI Stadium will be by way of presentation of a Members admission ticket only. Entry to the Members Area can only be made through the Members Entrance.
25   Any Member who enters the stadium through the gates to the public area of the stadium must remain in the public area for that day.
26   A Member may host not more than four guests to the Members Area on any day (except maximum attendance days) on which a football match is played in any competition conducted by the League or the AFL is being played, other than a maximum attendance day. The number of guests which a Member may host to the Members Area on a maximum attendance day will be such number (if any) as the League determines for that day. For the purpose of this Condition a maximum attendance day is any day which is declared by the League to be a maximum attendance day.
27   Children under the age of six may accompany a Member into the Members Area, at no charge, provided that they are seated on a Member’s lap.
28   Cross-over into the public (outer) area of the stadium will be by pass out only. Members seeking re-entry to the Members Area at the cross-over gate will be admitted only upon presentation of a pass out ticket and his/her Members Ticket, or other ticket or pass held which entitles admission to the Members Area of the Stadium on that day as all Members must initially enter the stadium through the Members entrance to the Members Area.
29   Neat casual attire must be worn by all persons seeking or gaining admission to the Members Areas. The League reserves the right to refuse admission to the Members Areas, any person who in the opinion of an employee or agent of the League is deemed to be inappropriately attired. In any event, no person wearing rubber thongs or football shorts will be allowed admission to or be permitted to remain in the Members Area.
30    No person may enter or remain in the Members Area or use any of the facilities contained in the Members Area if such person is in the opinion of an employee or agent of the League inappropriately attired or is intoxicated or who is behaving in a manner which offends or is likely to offend other persons in the Members Area.
31   Members are not permitted to bring intoxicating liquor, cans or glass bottles of non alcoholic beverages, eskies or folding chairs into the Members Area or any other item that the League deems unsuitable.
32   The League does not represent that there is space available in the Members Area suitable for viewing any match.
33   The League reserves the right to search the bags of any persons seeking entrance to the Members Area for litter and alcohol and to confiscate any litter and alcohol found. Each Member accepting a Membership at AAMI Stadium agrees to submit any bags for searches and to advise any person who he, she or it has permitted to use his, her or its Membership ticket for admission to AAMI Stadium of the right of the League to so search bags for litter and alcohol and to confiscate it. The use of video cameras at AAMI Stadium without prior consent is prohibited.
34   If a person leaves the Members Area of AAMI Stadium after being admitted to it, and wishes to return to the Stadium on that day, he/she must obtain a pass out which must be presented together with his/her Members Ticket, or other ticket or pass held which entitles admission to the Members Area of the Stadium on that day, before re-admission to the Stadium will be permitted.

Seating in the Members' Area

35        35 The League reserves the right to designate any area or areas of the AAMI Stadium precinct as smoke free zones. Any persons smoking in a smoke free zone will be requested to move from that zone. Any refusal to move may result in that person being removed from the property.
36   The League reserves the right to set aside any area or areas within the Members Area for the sale of seats contained within that/those area/areas as reserved seating for Members. The League may limit the number of reserved seats which may be purchased by a Member.
37   The League may set aside an area or areas in the Members Area for the use of officials of competing clubs and other invitees of the League to any football match.
38   Other than areas of the Members Area set aside by the League referred to in Conditions 36 to 38 above seating in the Members Area is open choice.
39   No Member may save seats in the Members Area for other persons by the placing of coats, rugs, bags or other articles on seats. Attendants have been authorised to remove any coats, rugs, bags or other articles which have been placed or spread to save seats for persons who have not yet arrived in the Members Area.
40   Members and their guests must observe all reasonable requests made by an employee or agent of the League.
41   If a Member, having gained admission to the Members Area, chooses to sit in the public area of the stadium in a seat sold as a reserved seat such Member must pay full price for that seat.

Car Parking

42        42 Any person holding an AAMI Stadium membership may make application for an AAMI Stadium Members Season Car Park ticket in conjunction with an application for Membership Renewal. A car park application form and the prescribed fee must accompany the Membership Renewal payment. Application for a car park does not necessarily mean that it will be granted.

Re-Programming of Matches

43   The League reserves the right to re-program to another ground any match in competitions conducted by the League which is programmed to be played at AAMI Stadium. In the event that a match is re-programmed:
  43.1 Members of AAMI Stadium will be entitled to free admission to the public area of that other ground upon presentation of a Members admission ticket
  43.2 Holders of reserved car parking tickets will not receive free or reserved car parking at the other ground.
  43.3 If a match conducted by the AFL which is programmed to be played at AAMI Stadium is re-programmed by the AFL to another ground, a Member of AAMI Stadium will not necessarily be entitled to free admission to that other ground.

Dining, Bar & Alcohol Consumption Areas

44   The League reserves the right to prescribe the conditions relating to the use of dining areas and bars and the Alcohol Consumption Areas referred to in Condition 46 in the Members Area and to refuse admission to those areas to any person who does not comply with the dress and behaviour standards set down in these Membership Conditions or by the League from time to time.
45   The League reserves the right to designate and set aside any area or areas within the Members Area as an “Alcohol Consumption Area” within which alcohol which is purchased from the League within AAMI Stadium may be consumed by members and or their guests whilst seated within an Alcohol Consumption Area.
46   The consumption of alcohol within AAMI Stadium is restricted to licensed bars, licensed areas and corporate facilities and Alcohol Consumption Areas all as designated by the League from time to time.

Loss or Destruction of Members Admission Ticket

47   In the event that a Members Admission Ticket is lost or stolen it is necessary for the Member to advise the League immediately, and then lodge a Declaration (available from the League), as to the circumstances of the loss of the ticket together with a ticket replacement fee and identification.

Loss or Destruction of Members Car Park Ticket

48   In the event of a Members Car Park Ticket being damaged so that it becomes unusable, then the damaged ticket must be presented to the League, and identified as the ticket of the Member, a replacement ticket will be issued on payment of a fee as prescribed from time to time by the League.
49   In the event that a Members Car Park Ticket is lost or stolen it is necessary for the Member to advise the League immediately, and may be required to lodge a Statutory Declaration (available from the League) signed in the presence of a Justice of the Peace, as to the circumstances of the loss of the ticket together with a ticket replacement fee and identification.

Cancellation of Membership

50   The League reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Membership of any Member if the Member, or any guest introduced by the Member to the Members Area or a person to whom a Member shall have loaned his Members admission ticket shall infringe any of these Membership Conditions or any Regulations made by the League from time to time or any other Regulations made under Act of Parliament relating to AAMI Stadium and its use.

If a Member wishes to cancel their Membership, a written request must sent to the SANFL.

League & AFL Not Liable

51        By accepting Membership at AAMI Stadium, a Member acknowledges and agrees that he, she or it acknowledges and agrees, and will advise any person to whom he, she or it permits the use of a Members ticket, that neither the League nor the AFL nor any of their servants or agents will be liable to any person gaining admission to the Members Area of AAMI Stadium by the use of such Members’ ticket, for any loss or damage (including without limitation loss or damage caused by the negligence of the League and/or the AFL and/or any of their servants or agents and any incidental or consequential loss or damage) arising in any manner wholly or in part from or in connection with the admission of the Member or the person to the Members Area at AAMI Stadium.

Members Addresses

52   Each Member must notify the League of his/her/its current address which must be:
  52.1 Where the Member is a natural person – his or her current residential address;
  52.2 Where the Member is a business or company – the registered office or trading address (place of business) of that business or company.
53   Notification of change of address by a Member must be accompanied by a form of identification (e.g. Drivers Licence) of that Member, satisfactory to the League.
54   The League accepts no responsibility for the non receipt of correspondence by Members who have failed to notify the League of their change of address.

Alteration of Membership Conditions

55   The League has the power to and may alter or vary these Membership Conditions and may make any Regulations relating to AAMI Stadium and its use.

56       Members must inform the league of anything that will affect their Membership in writing, including and not limited to:

- Postal Address
- Email Address
- Contact Details
- Nominated Bank Account details

57       The SANFL recognises the importance of your privacy. All information collected will be handled in accordance with the National Privacy Legislation.

AAMI STADIUM WILL AGAIN BE HOSTING AFL FINALS IN 2012.

Please see below for information relating to priority access and ticketing for AFL Finals to be played at AAMI Stadium.

AFL FINALS - WEEK 1:
Should the Adelaide Football Club secure a final at AAMI Stadium in Week 1 of the 2012 AFL Finals Series, the following ticketing arrangements will apply:
